In response to the needs of the growing product list, the structure has gradually grown in number. In 1998 the Scientific Representatives together with the Area Managers were 87, today there are 114 spread over the national territory guided by 14 Area Managers.
This structure, coordinated by two Sale Managers (North, Centre and South) rigorously follows the normatives for Scientific Information (D. Lgs.vo 541/92) and is characterised by the very low average age of its members, the high number of female staff compared to the average Italian pharmaceutical market and by a strong agility and flexibility.
The Sales Reps. work in different sections of the market, contacting around 55,000 Italian doctors, both local G.P.s and specialists, at least 4 times a year, providing them with highly qualified scientific reference material guaranteeing exhaustive information and up-date.
